Sales Technician Key responsibilities:

CNC  Operator (Nights)

Dispatch Logistics Supervisor (FMCG)
Salary: £25,000 per annum + pension
A leading global FMCG client are looking to recruit for a Dispatch Logistics Supervisor to join their in-house production / operations department.
You will be tasked with managing a team of staff and maintain work activities to meet Dispatch times and enable the company to deliver finished products to their retail customers. You will be responsible for driving productivity and ensure minimal time wasting in the team through effective organisation of people, materials, labels, and product. Effectively monitor and communicate to the team their performance.
You will also be fully responsible for ensuring that Dispatch Operatives are picking orders correctly, Dispatching products correctly and on time, adhering to all Electronic Data Capture System and Quality Control procedures, filing all paperwork and recording temperature checks.
The Person:
The successful candidate for the Dispatch Logistics Supervisor role will possess the following experience:
•    Educated to national QCF level 3 in an academic or relevant vocational qualification.    
•    Must possess experience working in a Transport & Logistics department or FMCG Warehouse (Essential)

Quality Engineer Role Overview:

As the Quality Engineer you will be required to liaise with customers daily whilst ensuring that any complaints / quality issues are investigated and resolved as soon as possible. You will be tasked with project manage the development of continuous improvement activities based on the analysis of company KPI's. Shift Manager (Night Shift)

Shift Pattern: 3 on, 3 off / 2 on, 2 off - 19:00pm - 07:00am

Salary: c32,000 per annum

My client who is a leading global logistics company are recruiting for a Shift Manager (nights) to manage all aspects of both warehouse and transport operations based at their Bristol site, ensuring route compliance and legal obligations are met.

You will be integral to ensuring customer service targets are met as well as monitoring contract operational and financial performance by sue of KPI's, MPG, VOR. You will be tasked with maintaining operational standards in line with company / BU expectation as well as promoting a culture of openness, by carrying out team briefs and PDRs, also to identify and action training needs for your direct reports. The role will also require you to manage all shift requirements of the logistics operation in particular the transport and cross-dock function with own account and third party.

Day to day duties of the Shift Manager will include:

•Ensure compliance to all operational procedures.
•Provide a safe system of work through the following controls; risk assessments, manual handling assessments, VDU and complete all relevant documents i.e. MV1, AF1, IF1, and RIDDOR.
•Mange direct reports through effective communication, adherence to company policies and industry / legal standards.
•Lead warehouse, cross-dock, collections and deliveries in accordance with all company procedures / legal requirements.
•Communicate and investigate any non-conformances.
•Interview & selection recruitment processes.
•Assist in any new project that may arise in line with role.
•Ensure all deviations are actioned also ensure all discrepancies are investigated.

To be considered for the role of Shift Manager you will:
