I am recruiting for a market leader in their field since the mid 1800's. The client in question are currently looking to recruit for an CNC Programmer Setter/Operator working on multiple machines using Fanuc controls.

Day to day duties will include the following:

• To write programs online.

Opportunity Summary:

We have a vacancy within our Inspection Department and are currently recruiting for the role of an Inspection
Technician. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience seeking an opportunity to
develop their skills and join a growing Organisation.

To liaise with the Inspection Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Quality Manager and engineering to ensure
Inspection support for production parts and new product introduction (NPI), First Off, Manual and CMM
inspection. Support on release inspection / receipt inspect and non-conformance activities.

Role Accountabilities:

_To carry out 1st off Inspection (CMM / Manual) / receipt inspection / inspection & Calibration
activities as required to support operations
_Running CMM program's; analysing and recording results and making appropriate quality decisions
_Maintaining the integrity of CMM programs ensuring programs are maintained and stored correctly
_To conduct TPM and Calibration regimes to ensure CMM is capable of accurate and consistent measurement
_To support the internal non-conformance process; raising rejects and ensuring all containment is captured
_To liaise closely with Engineering to ensure the smooth transition of new products - New Product
Introduction (NPI)
_Completion of FAIR data requirements by means of CMM / manual inspection
_To perform other such duties as generally correspond to the nature of the position and its level of
