Job Description

Day to day duties will include the following:

_ monitoring of supplied and finished goods to ensure compliance with requirements and an understanding of issues
_ Organisation and documentation of internal and external rejection data and disposition of non-conforming
_ origination of internal and external correction action processes initial root cause analysis participation in quality problem solving team meetings and
Kaizen activities
_ Analysis of internal/external performance data to ensure correct decision making and feedback
_ Support, coaching/Mentoring of manufacturing personnel to assist in their on the job training and understanding
Participation in any other activity that is required by the need of the business where skills and training allow

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

NVQ LEVEL 3 QUALIFICATION IN AN AUTOMOTIVE CONTEXT IS ESSENTIAL (2 YEARS PERIOD)
NVQ LEVEL 4 QUALIFICATION IN AN AUTOMOTIVE CONTEXT WOULD BE DESIRABLE ( 2 YEAR PERIOD )
