Job Description

Mon - Fri, 8a m - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
? Carry out daily administrative tasks relating to hourly paid operations staff as required by the Operations ensuring that all administration remains filed (electronically and manually), up to date and accurate.
? Generate operational KPI's and produce statistical data, daily , weekly and periodically as required.
? Hold H&S inductions and assist in investigations ensuring that company staff are aware of scheduling and that all logistical requirements are met.
? Ensure that all operational training tasks carried out are identified by a clearly defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) reference in regards to quality and H & S.
? Ensure that SOPs are written, referenced, authorised and communicated to Line Manager.
? Ensure that all SOPs in use are the current version and that any replaced SOP is suitably archived.
? Ensure that all training carried out is recorded and that this record is available.
? Update all training and personal records and make them available for any customer or third party auditor as required.
? Regularly review and update training materials to meet the needs of the operation.
? Ensure that all training data is retrievable and accessible to nominated staff including by fully utilising company shared computer drives and IT systems.
? Ensure that all aspects of training and development are recorded with consideration to future accreditation to IIP and ISO standards.
? Support the Line Manager with ad hoc daily duties as required.
? Compile and produce KPI reports as required.
? Update packing costs and send regular reports to internal stakeholders
? Create and maintain managers purchase orders and ensure they are signed and submitted to accounts
? Conduct regular packhouse checks with supervisors to ensure hygiene standards are being met.
? Attending meetings and taking minutes of meeting with the Head of Operations
? Using ERP system to produce a weekly forecast report to check relevance of forecast customer order verses the actual orders
