Due to continued growth they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their in-house Maintenance department. As the Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for carrying Planned, and reactive Maintenance projects.


Day to day duties will include the following:

• Carrying out work assignments issued by the Maintenance Manager whilst maximizing effectiveness of the shift at all times.
• Following all work instructions, procedures, and job descriptions at all times.
• Resolving mechanical/electrical problems in a timely fashion.
• Order spare parts as required on shift if unavailable from stock and contact contractors/suppliers as required to maintain the required standards.
• Ensuring all parts are removed from stores whilst on shift and are booked out of stores in the correct way.
• Identify and analyse problems before crises and determine appropriate action and follow-up.
• Working closely with production teams whilst liaising QA, Logistics and Warehouse as required.

Quality Engineer Role Overview:
As the Quality Engineer you will be required to look at internal process relating to quality whilst ensuring that any complaints / quality issues are investigated and resolved as soon as possible. You will be tasked with project managing and the development of continuous improvement activities based on the analysis of company KPI's. Prime Functions:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• The IATF16949 Systems Manager is the representative for all business systems and accreditations, i.e. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.
• Manage and Maintain system audit schedules, including Quality, Environmental, Process and Product.
• Maintain and update all business systems documentation working with the process owners to ensure documentation supports the business needs as well as complying with relevant standards.
• Manage the companies corrective action system for audit non-conformities from both internal and external audits.
• Assist with 5S improvement programme, setting up auditing and reporting.
• To monitor system performance over time.

Personnel Specification:

Experience working with automotive customers. (Essential)
